I'll be honest: By Delilah was never about the sales. It's about the moments.

I picture a little boy, all grown up at 21, packing for his first home and taking his gingerbread man with him, because his Nanny gave it to him when he was small. I think of the new mum who messaged me the day her parcel arrived, just to say her bub's first Christmas onesie was already so loved. The husband who cried opening his Father's Day shirt.

I found this craft at a time when I really needed something to love. A Cricut that had sat in the cupboard for a whole year finally came out one Christmas, and I've been pouring my heart into every name and every date ever since.

I named it after my daughter, Delilah. She's my reason for everything. Every time I press a name onto something your family will keep forever, I think about the memories I hope she'll hold onto too.

Questions Before You Order

Will my order arrive in time for Christmas?

Order by 5 December with standard shipping, or by 11 December with Express. Every piece is made by hand and dispatched in 2–5 business days, then sent with Australia Post with tracking. Gingerbread men are pre-order and ship fully personalised from 26 October. Standard shipping is free on orders over $89.

Can I see my design before it's made?

For custom designs like our family tees, we email your proof within 1 business day and start making as soon as you approve it. Our gingerbread has a live preview, so you can see your text and colours as you type. Unsure about anything? Message us before you order and we'll help.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. Choose local pickup in the Sutherland Shire at checkout, and we'll send you the pickup details when your order is ready.

What if something isn't right?

Because each piece is personalised just for you, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or with a mistake on our end, contact us and we'll make it right, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Can I pay with Afterpay?

Yes, Afterpay is available on orders over $75.
