Crafting Your Keepsake (Processing Time) Because your items are bespoke and individually pressed in our studio, they require a little time to create. We pour our heart and soul into the tiny details of every order to ensure it is perfect for preserving your special memories. Please check our current turnaround times at checkout to see how long we need to handcraft your order before it ships.

Delivery via Australia Post Once your custom order has been beautifully crafted and quality-checked, it is securely handed over to Australia Post.

• Standard Shipping: A reliable, tracked service perfect for everyday orders.

• Express Shipping: If you need your keepsake a little sooner, you can upgrade to Express Shipping at checkout. (Please note: Express Shipping speeds up the transit time with Aus Post, but standard studio processing times still apply).

• You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your parcel leaves our hands, so you can follow its journey to you!
