What is processing time?

Every By Delilah order is personalised and made by hand right here in the Sutherland Shire. Processing time is how long it takes us to make your order before it's posted. It doesn't include the time Australia Post takes to deliver it.

What does Rush My Order do?

Add Rush My Order ($12.95) and your order jumps to the front of the queue, so it's made before standard orders.

• Your order is still made by hand, so a little processing time still applies. Rush gets yours started first.
• One Rush fee covers your whole order.
• Rush is available on our elf kits, gingerbread men, shirts and onesies, baubles and reindeer.

Why is there a fee?

We use lots of different processes and equipment to make our products, so wherever we can, we make similar orders together in batches.

• Sublimation printing (used for our shirts, onesies and baubles) needs heavy equipment that takes time to heat up and get ready, so we group these orders and press them together.
• Elf kits have their own set-up, like printing, slicing the paper and building the boxes, so we make these in batches too.

Batching is what keeps our prices fair. When you rush an order, we step outside the batch and set up the equipment just for yours, often on the same day as other work. The Rush fee covers that extra time and set-up.

Rush My Order does not include Express Post. For the fastest delivery, add Rush My Order and choose Express shipping at checkout. Rush gets it made first, and Express gets it to you sooner.
